Aidingpeople-Retreat

A one-day retreat was organized to reduce stress within the community. The planning and execution of this meaningful day were made possible with the support of Saghar Alavi, a long-time expert in the field of stress management and personal well-being.

Together, we shared a truly uplifting experience. It was a day dedicated to self-care — a chance to pause, reflect, and release our worries. Under Saghar’s thoughtful guidance, we learned techniques to ease our stress and anxiety, and in the process, we built new friendships and connections that enriched the day even more.
