Canada welcomed a large number of Syrians involved in the war of the summer of 2016.
We wanted to help them and we decided to set up a large garage sale for them.
The Parya Foundation agreed to provide us with the large parking along with the tables and umbrella. In this huge sale, a large number of Iranians residing in Canada participated and helped sell their equipment to help buy the necessary supplies needed for the refugees to start their lives here. The campaign was also sponsored by all Iranian media outlets in Toronto.
Fortunately, we were able to help the 9 Syrian families.
Five desktops, monitors, internet adapter, mouse with computer desk, food, diapers, toys for eight children, three blankets, a double bed mat with box and bedding set , three curtains, three stand mixer, five Iranian handmade carpets, one Iranian carpet, one long lint carpet, one carpet designed, five bags of rice, salt, lemon juices and toothpaste, size 26 bike with hat, bell and lock, bike for a 12 year old child, bike for a 7 years old, many toys, one year old baby dining chair, baby milk & glass & baby clothes up to 15 months old, older baby clothes, four coffee makers, toaster, two hair cutters, bedding for two adult beds, a cushion, a sofa, a skateboard, a PC with lots of games, a desk, forty plates, set of cups, two vacuum cleaners, dolls for five girls, Walmart’s and No Frills’sgift cards, oversized pot, electric kettle, men's clothing, water heaters, mixer and many dishes kitchen, a Samsung phone, etc.
